Unlike other firms that confuse traders with dozens of account types, FundingPips focuses on a clear, 2-phase evaluation process that leads to a funded account with 5-day payouts.

Challenge Phases Explained

The journey to funding consists of two evaluation steps followed by the funded stage.

Phase 1: The Student

This is the initial testing ground. Your goal is to prove you can generate profit while managing risk.

• Profit Target: 8%
• Time Limit: Unlimited (Trade stress-free)
• Leverage: 1:100

Phase 2: The Practitioner

The verification stage. The profit target is reduced to verify that your first phase wasn’t just luck.

• Profit Target: 5%
• Time Limit: Unlimited
• Objective: Consistency and risk management.

Phase 3: The Master (Funded)

Congratulations, you are now a funded trader. There are no profit targets here. You trade the firm’s capital and keep 80% to 90% of the profits.

• First Payout: 5 days after your first trade.
• Profit Split: 80% default, scalable to 90%.

Evaluation Criteria & Rules

To pass, you must adhere to the drawdown rules strictly. This is where most traders fail, so pay attention:

• Daily Loss Limit (5%): Calculated based on the higher of your Balance or Equity at the start of the day (00:00 server time). This creates a “buffer” if you are in profit.
• Maximum Trailing Drawdown (10%): The maximum loss trails your highest equity water-mark. Once your equity reaches the initial starting balance + 10%, the drawdown locks at the starting balance and no longer trails.
• Minimum Trading Days: 0 Days. If you hit the target in one trade, you pass immediately.
